Eligible Returns

You Can Return:

✓ Unworn, unwashed items
✓ Items with original tags attached
✓ Items in original packaging (if applicable)

You Cannot Return:

✗ Items worn or washed

✗ Items damaged by customer
✗ Items returned after 30 days
✗ Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve)

Step 2: Get Your Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Step 4: Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval

  • Bank Processing: 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)

Total timeline: 10-20 business days from when you ship your return

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds appear on your statement

  • PayPal refunds go to your PayPal account

  • Other payment methods refunded accordingly

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Here's why: it's faster and easier for you to:

This way you get what you need faster, and you're not stuck waiting for the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

We're sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. This is rare, but it happens.

What to Do:

  2. Include photos of the damaged/defective item

  3. Keep the item until we respond

What We'll Do:

  • Send you a replacement at no cost (rushed processing)

  • OR issue a full refund including original shipping

  • You choose what works best for you

You don't pay return shipping for damaged/defective items.

Wrong Item Received

Ordered a different design or size? Our bad. Here's how we fix it:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number

  2. We'll send the correct item immediately (free shipping)

  3. We'll send a prepaid label for the wrong item

  4. You keep or return the wrong item (your choice)

Wrong item = our mistake = we make it right, fast.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Didn't Receive It:

  1. Check with neighbors - sometimes carriers leave packages nearby

  2. Check mailroom/building office - apartment buildings especially

  3. Wait 48 hours - occasionally tracking updates before actual delivery

  4. Contact us - we'll work with the carrier to investigate

Our Policy:

  • We're not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • We'll help file claims with the shipping carrier

  • We can offer a discount on a replacement order (case-by-case basis)

Cancellations

Before It Ships:

If your order hasn't been sent to production yet (usually within 24 hours), we can cancel it for a full refund. Email us ASAP at [your email].

After It Ships:

Once your order is in production or shipped, we can't cancel it. You'll need to wait for delivery and follow our return process.

Why? We print on-demand through Printful. Once they start printing, we can't stop it. This is how we keep costs down and reduce waste.

International Returns

International Customers:

  • Same 30-day return policy applies

  • We provide prepaid return labels where available

  • You may be responsible for customs fees/duties on returns (unfortunately, we can't control this)

  • Refund processing times may be slightly longer

Tip: Contact us before returning international orders so we can provide specific guidance for your country.

Store Credit Option

Prefer store credit instead of a refund?

We can issue store credit for the full amount, which:

  • Processes faster than refunds (immediate)

  • Never expires
